Welcome to the Direct Mail Network, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website at https://www.dmnoptout.com/ (the “Site” or “Portal”). The Site is an online platform that allows consumers to submit opt-out requests to be added to our “Do Not Contact” list for future mailers processed by Direct Mail Network, LLC, or to submit complaints about mailers. These SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, any related services, and any SMS/text messaging services we may provide in connection with opt-out requests, confirmations, status updates, or related communications (collectively, the “Services”).
Your access to, use of, and any opt-out or other submissions via the Site or Services is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, agents, and others who access or use the Portal or Services.
By accessing or using the Services (including by providing a mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity or organization (“Organization”), you agree to these Terms on behalf of that Organization and represent that you have authority to bind the Organization. References to “you” and “your” include both you individually and any such Organization.
To submit an opt-out request or use certain features, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself (and any household members you are opting out on behalf of). You must be at least 18 years of age. If the information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that it is, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services and/or reject or reverse an opt-out request.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or verification codes associated with your use of the Site, if applicable.
By providing your mobile phone number in connection with an opt-out request, complaint, or other interaction on the Site and consenting to receive messages, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Direct Mail Network, LLC (and our service providers) regarding:
Message frequency varies. You may receive a small number of messages related to a specific request (typically 1–5 messages per request, depending on processing needs).
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to Opt Out of SMS Messages: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed from further SMS messages from that program. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us related to that program. (Note: Opting out of SMS does not cancel or reverse a mail opt-out request you have already submitted.)

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using the Site or submitting a mail opt-out request. You may still submit opt-out requests through the Site or by phone without providing a mobile number for SMS.
We may use automated systems to send these messages. Your carrier’s terms and conditions apply.
You are responsible for safeguarding any passwords, verification codes, or other credentials used to access the Services. You agree not to disclose your password or credentials to any third party. You must notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your information or access.
You are expressly prohibited from using the Site or Services to post or transmit any infringing, threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law, regardless of whether that post or transmission is solely within your Organization or publicly disclosed.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (federal, state, local, and provincial) in your use of the Services. You understand and agree that any content you upload or submit is at your own risk. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access and to remove any content that violates these Terms.
The Company will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and court orders requesting or directing the Company to disclose the identity of anyone posting prohibited materials.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
